BTW, the phrase "prima donnas" is an allusion to a post on Ars Technica made by someone who says he knows first hand how the iTunes engineering group works.
Well, I've worked my three hours today -- Off to Cabo for a five day weekend! (No, I'm not really going to Cabo. That was just another allusion to that Ars Technica post.)
